Now that we have discussed the common packaging materials, let's explore the different packaging methods for PPGL coils. The packaging method we choose will depend on several factors, including the size and weight of the coils, the mode of transportation, and the destination. Here are some of the most common packaging methods:

  Single Coil Packaging

Single coil packaging is the most basic packaging method for PPGL coils. In this method, each coil is individually wrapped with plastic film and secured with steel strapping. The wrapped coil is then placed on a wooden pallet and secured with additional steel strapping to prevent it from shifting during transportation. Single coil packaging is suitable for small to medium-sized coils that are being shipped locally or regionally.

  Multiple Coil Packaging

Multiple coil packaging is used when shipping multiple coils together. In this method, the coils are stacked on top of each other and wrapped with plastic film to form a single unit. The wrapped unit is then secured with steel strapping and placed on a wooden pallet. Multiple coil packaging is suitable for large quantities of coils that are being shipped over long distances.

  Bundled Coil Packaging

Bundled coil packaging is a variation of multiple coil packaging where the coils are bundled together in groups of two or more. In this method, the coils are stacked on top of each other and secured with steel strapping to form a bundle. The bundle is then wrapped with plastic film and placed on a wooden pallet. Bundled coil packaging is suitable for coils that are being shipped in large quantities and need to be handled as a single unit.

  Containerized Coil Packaging

Containerized coil packaging is used when shipping large quantities of coils overseas. In this method, the coils are loaded into a shipping container and secured with steel strapping to prevent them from shifting during transportation. The container is then sealed and shipped to its destination. Containerized coil packaging provides the highest level of protection for the coils and is suitable for long-distance shipments.
